May 14, 2024
The "International Situation and China's Diplomacy Blue Book (2023/2024)" was released in Beijing on May 14. The blue book said that 2023 is a year of pioneering and harvest for China's diplomacy, opening up a new realm of China's diplomatic theory and practice. In 2024, China and other countries around the world will welcome more exchanges and cooperation opportunities.

The blue book is compiled by the China Institute of International Studies and is divided into two parts. The first part focuses on analyzing regional and country situations, world economy, regional hot spots, global governance and other issues, while the second part specifically discusses China's foreign policy and Sino-foreign relations.

The blue book said that in 2023, the international situation will continue to be turbulent and changing, and various risks and challenges will emerge in an endless stream; at the same time, the progressive forces for maintaining world peace and development will accelerate and grow, fully demonstrating that the general direction of human development and progress will not change, and world history will advance in twists and turns. The general logic of China will not change, and the general trend of a shared destiny for the international community will not change.
